In the second part of this exclusive
interview with Noticentro WAPA-TV,
Sen. Clinton rejected claims that her
husband is at fault for the current
depressed economic situation in
Puerto Rico due to his signing of
legislation eliminating certain tax
incentives for companies operating in
the island.  WAPA also reported that
former Pres. Bill Clinton will be joining
his wife in PR on Monday.

not find Sen. Clinton's support of
islanders voting in the presidential
election comforting, since to them talk
about presidential vote is talk about
statehood.

de Estados Unidos se comprometerá
el lunes, en un encuentro que tendrán
en Ponce, con el otorgamiento de más
